Horse shows – EventClearing

For the first time ever in Switzerland it was the team of EventClearing who achieved a special situation for the winner of the Grand Prix of Mercedes Benz CSI Zurich 2017. This rider saved more than 5’000 CHF and expressed his thankful thoughts in an e-mail to us:

EventClearing was very happy to achieve a very good result with the first experience in it’s clearing business. Collaborating riders got their prize money in one (Swiss) or two days (foreign riders) – correct account data was required. And: the organizer was really happy!

Réiser Päerdsdeeg, CSI*** Luxembourg 2016

Our first event presenting our full range of actual driven services has been a success. Of course not everything worked out perfectly but the system is improving. Most riders got their prize money in one (EU) or two days (CH, SE, …) – correct account data was required. And: the organizer was happy, the show office had a big smile!

Albführen Country Classics 2016

The Albführen Country Classics has been our first horse show in Germany. It has been a very good start of working together with the German horse federation (FN), Susi Asendorf with her Sportservice and – last but not least – Hippodata and their team with Antje Schnetter and Jens Feth in the background! Of course not everything is in place yet but we are all improving day by day. Thank you all for participating, helping and being patient!!

Maurice Lacroix CSI *** Humlikon 2016

CSI Maurice Lacroix Humlikon has been our comeback to Switzerland. It has been a very good start of working together with the Swiss horse federation (SVPS), and Birgit Bergelt in the background! We are improving thanks to the help of the riders and the show offices.

International Longinges Horse-Show of Lausanne 2016

Chevenez CSIJ, CSIY/U25, CSICh, CSIOP 2016

On the first weekend in Chevenez 2016 we serveed the Young Generation and the future of our sport the first time as such. It was a great experience for both parties. The show office team of the Wauters Family very than helpfull and we had a great time together.

FUTURE EVENTS

Roeser (LUX) CSIO***, CSI* 2017

Due to the contractual situation of Nation Cups we are not yet allowed to serve such FEI and Longines driven tournaments with our accounting app. But we help the organizer with our payment services. Federations of nations competing in the Nations Cup are contacted by us via e-mail. The riders itself are very welcome to get in contact with us so we can explain our services.

HOW IT WORKS

AHEAD OF THE VENUE

THE RIDER
puts his/her personal data into the system of EventClearing (incl. name & mobile number of the groom) and transfers his/her entry fee according to the FEI approved schedule plus a fee for EventClearing onto his/her private balance at EventClearing.
THE ORGANIZER
transfers the total prize money according to the FEI approved schedule onto the organizer’s balance at EventClearing.
EventClearing
informs the riders about the fact that the prize money is placed and the organizers that the riders have paid their fees.

ARRIVAL DAY OF THE VENUE

EVENTCLEARING

transfers the entry fees according to the FEI approved schedule onto the account of the organizer at EventClearing for each single horse that arrived .

DURING THE VENUE

The horse
wins prize money,
EventClearing
transfers the funds to the horse’s balance with EventClearing.
The groom
shops hay, straw, shavings and maybe even a vet for the horses and electricity for the truck,
EventClearing
keeps track with an „App“ and records all purchases in each single horse’s balance.
The rider
can check the balance of his/her horses every day.

LEAVING THE VENUE

The Rider
controls the balance with EventClearing and checks out via his / her smartphone,
the groom
collects the passport of the horses,
eventclearing
sends the rider’s „Venue transaction report“ of the competition to the rider’s e-mail.

AFTER THE VENUE

EventClearing
checks all riders and horses balances,
EventClearing
sends the prize money to the bank accounts of the rider or of the horse owner or keeps it on the riders account up to max. 5’000 € – just as said in the inscription to the EventClearing data of the rider.
The beneficiaries
will get their prize money and the official bill via e-mail in a few days after the show.
